The Los Angeles Chargers may be without their signal-caller, Philip Rivers, for their NFL Week 11 matchup at home against the Buffalo Bills.
In Week 11 of the 2017 NFL season, the Los Angeles Chargers will play host to the Buffalo Bills. As we get closer to game time, keep an eye on the injury report for the Chargers, as they may be without Philip Rivers on Sunday. Rivers practiced with the team on Thursday but has yet to clear the NFL’s concussion protocol, putting him at risk of ending his 194 consecutive starts streak.
Staying with the quarterbacks, there is no telling when Teddy Bridgewater will be back under center for the Minnesota Vikings. In fact, Case Keenum has played so well this season that there is really no rush for the team to throw Bridgewater into live action just yet. The 7-2 Vikings will take on the 7-2 Los Angeles Rams this weekend in one of the better matchups on the slate.
Tyron Smith was missed this past weekend as the Dallas Cowboys lost to the Atlanta Falcons. Actually, to say he was missed is an understatement, as replacement Chaz Green allowed six sacks to Adrian Clayborn. The Cowboys take on the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday Night Football in Week 11, and the odds are Smith will not be able to go once again.
The Seattle Seahawks will play the Atlanta Falcons to end the Week 11 schedule on Monday night, and they will be getting back a few of their main pieces. Earl Thomas and Eddie Lacy are both expected to play, while Duane Brown will be a game time decision. Seattle is one of the better teams in the NFC, but the Falcons looked good last weekend against the Cowboys, making this one can’t miss football in prime time.
Finally, could Aaron Rodgers really make it back at the end of the 2017 NFL season? The star quarterback for the Green Bay Packers was on the field rehabbing on Thursday and even took some snaps from his trainer. It is way too soon to speculate, but seeing him out there only four weeks after breaking his collarbone was a bit surprising.
