The Steelers needed game-winning field goals in their last two games to win, and they got one more on Sunday Night Football against the Ravens.
The Pittsburgh Steelers can’t survive forever with comeback wins week in and week out, but they got one when they needed one on Sunday night when the Baltimore Ravens came to Heinz Field.
The Steelers fell behind in the second half after a 20-14 lead at halftime quickly fell apart, and they used another last minute field goal to take home a 39-38 win against their divisional rival. Ben Roethlisberger put up over 500 yards, Antonio Brown went over 200 yards and LeVeon Bell found the end zone three times to round out the Killer B’s.
There was a ton to watch on Sunday night in this game, and plenty of scoring plays to go around. If you missed any of the action, you can check out all of the highlights below:
1. LeVeon Bell
The Steelers running back went off on Sunday night, with two touchdowns on the ground for just 48 yards rushing, and nine catches for 77 yards and a receiving touchdown, as well. He may not compare to Ben Roethlisberger in some Steelers fans’ minds, but three touchdowns on your own in a comeback win is a big factor in any victory.
2. Ben Roethlisberger
Roethlisberger was on fire for the Steelers during their comeback, throwing for over 500 yards and two touchdowns on the night to lead the team’s offense. He’ll need to keep that performance up next week when the team plays the New England Patriots if he and the Steelers want to keep the top seed in the AFC.
3. Antonio Brown
Antonio Brown has been a strong performer week in and week out for the Steelers, and likely could’ve been the top performer on the night if he had found pay dirt at some point. However, 11 catches for 213 yards is definitely an incredible night for any receiver, and he was a huge part of the Steelers in their comeback.
The Steelers will look to take full control of the top seed in the AFC when the New England Patriots come to town next Sunday afternoon, while the Ravens will look to bounce back against the Cleveland Browns on the road.
