The world of Fanduel and daily fantasy leagues continue to provide a unique opportunity to enjoy the football experience.
This week seemed a bit more challenging when setting my fantasy football lineup for fanduel. I had the most trouble finding a good bargain play at the running back position. This resulted in a high cost at the FLEX spot.
My strategy is to typically find my quarterback, defense and tight end first. This helps balance my budget and see where I can splurge.
There were some good options this week at defense that have the potential to really score some big points. Those defenses also came at a very reasonable price. The tight end spot was a little pricey for my taste but was worth it.
Eric Ebron and Austin Hooper have shown they are capable of putting up some huge fantasy days. Both are worthy the $6,000 fanduel price for this week.
Looking at the quarterback options, I went with a little bit of a cost saver in Ryan Fitzpatrick. His team hasn’t been performing very well, but he is still producing as a fantasy option. He is a true gunslinger who won’t hesitate to take a risk in order to produce a big play.
The savings I got at quarterback and defense allowed me to spend big at wide receiver. I grabbed two NFC South pass catchers who are primed to have a big performance this weekend.
However, this left me with some risky plays at running back. Both Dion Lewis and Phillip Lindsay have big potential, but come with some risk. The Tennessee Titans offense hasn’t been overly productive while the Broncos have other options like Royce Freeman.
